The Exhibit Hall

Each year, dozens of startup companies, established companies and other stakeholders in the Clean Energy Cluster have displays in the Conference Exhibit Hall. It is one of the most popular programs at the Conference and is the site for the Reception on Wednesday evening.  The Hall will be open during most of the Conference.

A table in the Hall provides your company with great exposure to the community as well as a place where potential investors, collaborators and customers can easily locate organizations of interest to them.

If you are interested in Exhibiting your company or technology at the Conference Exhibit Hall, you must submit an application.

Early Decision Deadline: October 4, 2010
Final Submission Deadline: October 18, 2010

All applications will be reviewed by the Conference Exhibit Hall Subcommittee.

If your application is accepted, your registration fee of $570 will provide you with the following benefits:

  • An exhibit table (2' x 6') for your company or university research laboratory. Please note that the Hynes Convention Center charges an extra fee for access to electricity.
  • Name badge ribbon signifying your role as an exhibitor.
  • Full registration for one person at the Conference.

IMPORTANT: Exhibitor spaces are available only to companies with Clean Energy products or services. Companies providing services to such companies will be allocated space in the Exhibit Hall only if they are Conference sponsors. For sponsorship opportunities please visit Sponsor Benefits.
