International Workshop

The Massachusetts Technology Transfer Center and the United Kingdom Trade & Investment Team are pleased to provide a workshop for international registrants of the Fourth Conference on Clean Energy.  The goals of the workshop are to provide to early stage companies networking opportunities as well as information on available resources within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and New England.

The New England Clean Energy Cluster Panel

The goal of this pre-conference workshop is to give international attendees an opportunity to meet leaders in the New England Clean Energy Sector in a more informal and intimate setting before the conference starts. The New England Cluster panel will give the attendees an overview of the Clean Energy Sector in the state, from state government, industry and investment perspectives. Our three speakers have been intimately involved with the development of Clean Energy companies in the region, this panel will focus on:

  • the region's main players
  • the sectors that are growing fastest in Massachusetts
  • who the region's early adopters are
  • how the region's Clean Energy industry is evolving and who is financing it

Massachusetts Clean Energy Industry Resource Panel

Our second panel is made up of representatives of different organizations that work with Clean Energy companies in the region and who will talk about the types of support they offer and how to access their resources.  The panel will include representatives from state government programs, a university, a research institute, an industry group and will be moderated by a representative of one of the consulates located in Massachusetts.
